Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Twisted Rose Florist proudly provides local flower delivery throughout Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities. Delivery availability and fees are based on the recipient’s ZIP code and are confirmed during checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available on qualifying orders placed before the cutoff time shown at checkout. Availability may be limited during holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or when certain flowers are unavailable. Orders received after the cutoff may be delivered on the next available delivery date.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are generally completed during our regular delivery hours. Although we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested times, standard delivery orders cannot be guaranteed for an exact time.
Time-sensitive deliveries for funerals, ceremonies, weddings, or other events must include the correct event time and location details. Additional charges may apply for guaranteed or priority delivery when available.
Correct Address and Contact Information
The customer is responsible for providing:
The recipient’s complete and correct delivery address
Apartment, suite, room, building, or unit number
Gate code or entry instructions
A working telephone number for the recipient
Any special delivery instructions
Twisted Rose Florist is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information, inaccessible gated communities, security restrictions, or the recipient’s failure to respond.
If an address is changed after the driver has departed, an additional delivery fee may apply. If an order has already been delivered to the address provided at checkout and accepted at that location, any delivery to a different address will require a new delivery charge and may require a replacement order.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may, when safe and appropriate:
Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, security attendant, or another responsible person
Leave the arrangement in a protected location at the delivery address
Contact the recipient or sender for instructions
Return the arrangement to the shop
Flowers will not be left outdoors when weather, heat, animals, theft risk, or other conditions could damage the arrangement. Returned orders may require an additional delivery fee before another attempt is made.
Gated Communities and Restricted Properties
The customer must provide any gate code, call-box information, building access instructions, or required authorization. If our driver cannot gain access or contact the recipient, the order may be returned to the shop. A redelivery fee may apply.
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, schools, government buildings, secured workplaces, theme parks, and event venues are subject to the property’s delivery rules. Orders may be left with an authorized front desk, guest services, security office, loading area, or designated staff member. We cannot guarantee direct delivery to the recipient when property rules prohibit it.
Proof of Delivery
When appropriate, Twisted Rose Florist may document delivery using a photograph, delivery timestamp, driver notes, recipient name, or the name of the person or department accepting the order. Photos may show the delivery location without including the recipient for privacy reasons.
Weather, Traffic, and Unexpected Delays
Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to complete the delivery safely and communicate significant delays when possible.
Questions or Delivery Changes
Please contact Twisted Rose Florist as soon as possible if you need to update an address or provide additional delivery instructions. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or left the shop.
